This months series of "My Faith" is all about health. After last months not so good doctors report I knew it was time for me to get on the right track . The first thing I did was pray , I asked God to make me over not only physically but mentally . Before any lifestyle/diet change could happen I knew I had to get my thought processs together . I immediately blocked out all the negative thoughts ... I have no time to cook , what if I fail again , I'll never be back to my pre- wedding size , girl just embrace those curves/ extra pounds .
The next step was choosing the right eating plan that worked for me . So I went back to what I know "Clean Eating" (unprocessed my life) This way of eating is not a diet , there's no counting calories , no point system etc.... Basically fresh fruit , fresh produce, nuts, and lean meats (no beef) and no dairy .
My goal is to live a healthier life . This time around I made up in my mind this can't be a diet this has to be a lifestyle change , and I know that with prayer and support from my family I will reach my goal weight so I can live a long healthy life . Heavenly Father, thank You for the strength to make it through any challenge I may face. I choose to put my trust in You. I declare that You are good and faithful. Thank You for equipping me for victory in every area of my life in Jesus' name . Amen.
